Assessment and Observation Booklet - Digital Download

This is a helpful booklet that I will use to record the following information about each child:

1. Important information
2. Observation
3. Sounds
4. Tricky words
5.  Reading Tracking Page
6. Maths Assessment

I will keep one booklet per child in a folder with dividers. They are great for parent teacher meetings and for handing over to their teacher for next year.  I have an editable version included.
