This is a great game to practise your sight words. The children will come up to the board and select a popcorn. The teacher will then turn around the popcorn and it will reveal a sight word on the popcorn. If the children get pop then they are out. This game is great for revision of sight words. The popcorn slides are editable, so you can use these for any sight words. Just select the popcorn and slide it to the right or left and type over the word and bring back the popcorn to cover it. This is a fun interactive game.
The interactive whiteboard using the interactive pens can be tricky with PowerPoints, so the best thing to do is for the teacher to change them on their computer then the student selects a popcorn.
When using the interactive slideshow of the game POP make sure you press in the middle of the popcorn.
I have two fonts in the folder as one font is the standard Comic Sans font which will open on all computers and the other is a special font and is called Sassoon Infant standard. You can download this for free. If you don't download this the PowerPoint will revert to arial font which is fine, but if you want this font download it.
